Where Are Katey Passaniti, Tina Vanmoerkeque, and Erick Crain Now?
The city of Keithville, Louisiana, was the scene of a terrible crime when Ernest Luttrell, age 73, was found dead inside his home. Despite the fact that Earnest’s wife discovered his body, police detectives initially believed it might have been a failed heist. The horrific incident is described in “Deadly Women: Killer-In-Laws” on Investigation Discovery, which also shows how Tina Vanmoerkeque, Erick Crain, and Katey Passaniti, Earnest’s stepdaughter, were identified as the main suspects. If you’re interested in the intricacies of crime and want to know where the perpetrators are right now, we’ve got you covered.
Where Are Katey Passaniti, Tina Vanmoerkeque, and Erick Crain Now?
Erick Crain, who had admitted to first-degree murder and agreed to testify against Tina and Katey, was given a life term in jail without the chance of parole in 2011.
Tina Vanmoerkeque pled no contest to second-degree murder in 2012 and was given a life sentence without the possibility of parole, much as Katey Passaniti, who was found guilty of second-degree murder and conspiracy to commit second-degree murder in addition to three forgery counts. In 2013, she was accordingly given an additional 60 years in prison and a life sentence without the possibility of parole.
Unfortunately, Louisiana jail records do not list Tina, Erick, or Katey’s current whereabouts. However, we presume they are still being held in Louisiana prisons given that none of the three is eligible for release.
