The show stars Edgar Ramirez as former cop Mike Valentine. A gambling addict, Mike is in deep with a Philly mobster named Moss Yankov (Emory Cohen). He works for Moss to pay his debts, and that involves following Moss’s girlfriend, Delly West (Abbey Lee), to Mike’s home state of Florida when she runs off.
