LeAnn Rimes got called out on a Phoenix radio show for her extreme rudeness

Alright, I’m going to try to make a somewhat complicated story readable. On Sunday night, David Gray performed a smaller-venue show in Phoenix, Arizona. In the middle of his show, he invited a guest in the audience to sing a duet. That guest? LeAnn Rimes. By most accounts, the duet was nice and some wondered if LeAnn had come all the way to Phoenix just to sing one song with David Gray. It seems like she did. Because, quite honestly, that’s where her career is at this point.

The reason this is a story is because KNIX radio host Matt McAllister happened to be in the audience. Not just that, he was seated just in front of LeAnn. He explained what happened on his radio show – he says that he and his wife were only aware that the woman behind them was talking and singing loudly throughout the show, to the point of distraction. The woman was LeAnn. Matt says that when LeAnn returned to her seat after performing with Gray, “she talked for the next hour…It’s just as annoying as if you’re in a movie and the person next to you won’t shut up. She talked like it was her show. I don’t know how to explain that. It was almost like she was speaking so loudly she wanted everyone to know she was there… she was singing the songs louder than he was.” Yep, pretty much. She totally wanted everyone to know she was there. Here’s the audio.

Matt calls LeAnn out as being extremely rude, not just to the audience members who wanted to hear David Gray, but to David Gray himself. Well, because LeAnn is self-obsessed and a liar, she called in to the KNIX show to deny what Matt said, except he didn’t back down and she just had to eat it. I believe what he says, and she admits she was singing along in the audience too. RUDE.

Yeah, she threatens to “kick his ass.” This is definitely the same woman who calls up people who tweet about her so that she can threaten and harass them. And Matt is on Twitter too, and he’s not backing down – you can read his tweets here. He said LeAnn was tweeting him too, but she must have deleted those tweets because I can’t find them on her feed.
